Patient Notice

Dear Patient,

Your care is very important to us, and your participation and patience are greatly appreciated. In an effort to provide you with timely service, we request your assistance with obtaining diagnostic studies, medical equipment, and physical therapy outside of this office. Authorization from your insurance carrier is often required and can take more time to obtain than might be expected. Please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process these requests.

Also, if you have not heard from this office after obtaining outside diagnostic tests, please contact this office within 3 to 5 business days of the exam, to make a follow up appointment, so that the doctor may discuss the results with you in person. Please also note that all prescription refills are processed Monday through Thursday, between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, and on Friday, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please allow 24 hours for the processing of your request. If you anticipate needing a prescription refill, please bring it to our attention during those hours. The physician on call will not refill medications after hours or on weekends.
